In The Garbage People, Captain Jamaica stars as the leader of a group of troubled suburbanite teens who he intends to “ghettoize” and impregnate inside an abandoned inner-city crack den. His objective: to create a family of 144,000 of his biological children that he can take with him to the mothership destined for heavens gate. Dandy, the local “handyman” is hired by a parent to rescue a daughter from this madman. And, of course, all hell breaks loose.
